About this house rental
Located on a quiet street in East Falmouth, within a short walk to Shorewood Beach Association dock and beach, or a bike ride to Falmouth's best beaches. The house is a beautifully decorated, spacious home with four levels of living and playing space. A second floor deck overlooks the backyard and play area. A first floor patio can be used even on a rainy day. Catch the breezes off Cape Cod bay as you have your coffee.

This is a lovely home in the Cape. We had everything we needed at the house for our group of 9. Anne was very responsive and the house was incredibly clean. We found that the location was not as close to many attractions so it required a lot of driving so be prepared.

This home is nothing short of amazing! It was impeccably clean, with comfortable furnishings, and relaxing decor. The area is quiet and hidden from the hustle and bustle of town, yet easily accessible to everything. Anne is a wonderful host and a great communicator. Having stayed at numerous VRBOs over the years, I can say without hesitation that this one is the best we’ve experienced. We can’t wait to return!

We returned again to this beautiful and comfortable home, because it is so special. It is beautifully decorated and has many amenities. The location is excellent. We love being able to walk to the inlet to swim, kayak, and picnic, and appreciate the close proximity to shops and the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard. The owner is lovely and attentive to all of the details that make the home a wonderful vacation destination. We plan to come back next summer.
