Excl. new villa with wonderful panoramic sea views of the Atlantic off Fuerteventura / Costa Calma. The villa is in an excl. Residential area of Costa Calma on an approximately 500m2 plot, with private pool and tropical private garden. It is only a few meters to the sea with its fine sandy beach.
Equipped with high quality materials that run through the entire villa. Living room, separate kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom with tub, large terrace directly by the pool. From the terrace you have a wonderful view of the sea and the surrounding area of Costa Calma.
A parking space is in front of the house. In addition, they have satellite reception for all TV channels. There is a small safe for the safety of the most important things.
It is only a few minutes to the shops and various restaurants.

Beautiful villa with great views of the sea and hills around Costa Calma. Everything in the villa is exceptionally clean, there is a lovely pool and seating areas all around to catch the sun or shade at any time. We will definitely stay again!

Lovely property, felt so relaxed immediately, no (or very little noise and comfy beds. Also the dual unicorns of self catering, a sharp knife and non stick pans that still work. Great pool and property, will definitely return

Villa Romeo was a wonderful place. We loved everything about it. The house was beautiful, the garden was amazing, Vera and Jose was very nice. We really recommend this place and want to come back several times

We liked the compact and comfortable villa, apart from the old and useless tv and flaky wifi. Our arrival was marred by the owner demanding cash instead of paying vrbo. We were told to go to the bank and get the money. After a couple of phonecalls to vrbo, it was sorted out, but was a very uncomfortable situation at the time.Costa Calma is one of the worst places we have ever stayed in over 40 years of travel. It's just a collection of unattractive hotels, no centre, no promenade, few shops, even less restaurants and bars. Rubbish and decaying buildings abound. It had no charm or Spanish feel at all. The beaches are stunning outside the resort but are very windy. Great if you like wind surfing, but not for swimming or relaxing. We will not be returning.
