Relax with the whole family in this beautiful and elegant villa in the peaceful Subequana Valley, overlooking Mount Sirente.
Large garden with a patio and barbecue. Sleeps 8, 2 spacious double bedrooms with the option of adding extra beds, 2 bathrooms, large built-in kitchen, entryway, spacious living room, free parking, independent heating, 2 fireplaces.
Upon request, you can have access to 2 additional double bedrooms and an extra bathroom, as well as another living room with a kitchen and fireplace, and a terrace.
Access to the garden and the shared barbecue area is shared with the owners, who are not residents but may occasionally stay in the adjacent apartment.
Separate entrance to the ground-floor apartment featuring: a spacious entryway with a piano and fireplace, a double bedroom, a bathroom, a spacious living room with a second fireplace and a balcony, and a large built-in kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, and washing machine
On the upper floor, another double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a balcony overlooking Mount Sirente.
Upon request and subject to availability, guests can also use 2 additional double bedrooms and another bathroom on the second floor, as well as an additional kitchen with a fireplace and a terrace, accommodating a total of 10 people (or for two families)
