Book your Holiday-Get-away! This luxury space is elegantly adorned with central air, ample room for living, entertaining, and relaxing. The open concept living room, dining and sitting areas with white oak hardwood floors throughout. Fully furnished with a 55" Samsung Curbed Smart TV, fireplace, powder room, and a focal point Contemporary Chelf's kitchen (perfect for baking bread) and is equipped with all the basics: flutes for sparking cocktails and wines, and Marfa cabinets quartz counters, dish washer, island seating, and stainless-steel appliances. Small, cozy balcony off the kitchen. There are great restaurants in the immediate area dine-in and takeouts to go. I love the rooftop deck that overlooks the skyline of this great city. Unwind after a long day in an SPA-like bathroom with heated floors and floor to ceiling zebra blinds to help you get a good night's sleep. 2-car garage for domestic cars only(!!), no trucks or vans (!!). EV charger - level 2, tesla only. Please do not re-arrange furniture in home (!!). Get out and explore the neighborhood with restaurants, grocery stores, cafes, and the lakefront just a short walk away.
