The main floor features a bright, open living space with a spacious sectional sofa, large flatscreen TV, and dining area for six. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with cookware, dishware, and modern appliances, making it easy to enjoy meals at home.
Upstairs, the master suite offers a king bed, private balcony, and ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and shower combo. The guest bedroom features a twin-over-queen bunk bed with trundle (top bunk for children only) and its own private bath. The queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides extra sleeping space.

We Loved this location!! We were minutes from mission bay and the house had paddle boards, which we easily were able to walk down to that beach! The beach at the end of Pacific drive was beautiful and conveniently surrounded by many good food options. The rooftop terrace was a great spot to chill out at the end of a long day! The home was clean and had all the necessities that made us feel at home. I also appreciated the rental company checking in with us via text while we were there. We will definitely come back to this rental again! Oh! And my older kids loved the pinball machine. That was an added bonus!

The kitchen was nicely furnished and the beds very comfortable. The two bedrooms were hot, however, if the curtains were closed it got better. My family spent a lot of time on the rooftop patio. The breeze was wonderful. The wagon and beach stuff in the garage really came in handy and it was @ 15 minute walk to the beach.

we had a great stay at this property and it was as advertised. Beds were comfortable, great, but small, rooftop deck and unit is well appointed, especially for beach fun (bikes, paddle boards, umbrellas).
We had one issue with the heat, and waited a couple hours for a response. Please be aware that you are renting this unit through Vacasa and they don’t actually know the particulars of the unit. It honestly wasn’t clear if we were communicating with a local SD property management company or Vacasa. We were lucky that nothing went really wrong with the rental as I have very little confidence that they would be able to respond in a timely and effective manner.
