About this apartment rental
This wonderful apartment is located in Cannaregio, one of the most characteristic and popular areas of Venice, about five minutes from the Rialto Bridge and seven minutes from Piazza San Marco, so central. It is a third floor without elevator and is located inside the ancient Palazzo Maggiani. The apartment has been recently renovated but has kept its original features, typical of the classic Venetian style, and the period furnishings. It is a very bright attic, thanks also to the high ceilings that make the room spacious and airy and has a spectacular 360-degree view over the rooftops of Venice. Developed on two levels and can accommodate up to 7 people. The first level consists of a comfortable and welcoming living room with dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, three double rooms (one with French bed) and two bathrooms. On the second level, on the upper floor, there is a large veranda-study with a bed for 2 people and a bathroom. The apartment is very quiet and peaceful and is equipped with air conditioning in three of the rooms and portable AC in one, Wi-fi, washing machine, dishwasher and TV. The location is perfect and the area very lively: in the surroundings there are numerous shops and typical markets as well as the renowned “bacari” (the typical Venetian trattorias), antique dealers and the famous Malibran Theater. The combination of ancient Venetian style and modern comfort that this apartment offers will make your stay unforgettable.

Fantastic views of canals. The heavy wood and metal doors and gates are very secure. Interesting collection of antique furniture. Newly renovated modern bathrooms with decent water pressure. Basic kitchen with medium-sized refrigerator and coffee makings ready to go. Great cooling cross-draft when all windows open. Heavy shutters keep out light and heat. Air conditioning throughout house.
Advertised as washer and dryer, but only a washer. No drying lines. Third floor location, no elevator but wide stairs. Lacking sufficient pillows and soap.

Everything was fine and host let us check in early. We each arrived at different times due to flight delays and host was able to accommodate us. Great location and quiet. Be aware that there are a lot of stairs to get to the apt. We love Venice!

Spacious apartment, nice location. Communication is a little bit of a challenge with the management company. Responsive, but delayed. Two bedrooms were absolutely freezing in January.
