Great property! Proximity to public beach is great! The property is situated where you still have a nice view of the ocean. The pool area is amazing. The property managers were very responsive to all needs. Open floor plan accommodated are party very comfortably!!! Laundry on 1st and 3rd floor! We had an amazing stay. The property was beautiful! We loved the pool and outdoor area, multiple living and gathering spaces, large kitchen and dining, and the beautiful decks and patios for relaxation!

We came for spring break with 4 families (15 people total) and had a wonderful time. The house was even better in person than it presents online. Plenty of room, clean, and all spaces were very intentionally designed for entertaining big groups, which we appreciated. The wall to the beach was close, only about 2 minutes and it was perfect for beach days and needing to get back and forth. For our pool day and evenings, the pool was spacious and surrounding kitchen and fireplace area were enjoyable. One downside was the pool guy showed up to clean the pool during the midddle of our stay and we had no notice or warning. It would have been extremely courteous to have a heads up.The internet was spotty and as a result some of the bedroom televisions were unusable during the stay. We reached out about it and the modern was reatarted, but to no avail as there were no improvements. Overall though we had an amazing time and would definitely book again!

It was a great location, and was a perfect house for a large group. Would recommend.
