About this house rental
A two bedroom house with full bath. In a prime location near downtown Salt Lake. About two miles from the Salt Palace, Salt Lake Convention Center and the Delta Center. Very quick access to both major freeways and Trax Public Transport is a short walk of 2 block. Traveling to ski and mountain activities is super convenient. Don't forget to check out historic Sugarhouse shopping. The house has Fiber internet and a front porch mountain view.

Our second time staying at this property and it was just as amazing as the first. The house is so clean, and the street is quiet. Once again, such a nice place to come back to after a full day of activities. Great house, great host!

Cute little home to stay at for a few days. We were there for a soccer tournament, close to major freeways which was convenient for us. There were a few fast food restaurants that were in walking distance. Host was super nice!

Okay for travelers on a tight budget, but it's an old house with a few issues. Location is the best thing going for this property. Study the online photos carefully because their overall vibe (especially the exterior shots) is accurate. This house is very basic--not even an antenna for watching local news on the living room TV. The dark coating all around the living room ceiling AC vent was a concern. (I hope it was only dust.) The host was responsive and polite in all messages, and I'm sure he would've dealt with it accordingly if I'd mentioned it. I recommend the pizzeria around the corner on State Street. There's a grocery store literally 1 minute away by car. I felt close to everywhere I needed to be, which is a big plus. Comfortable furniture. I slept great the whole time I was there.
