- a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher,
a microwave with grill and baking functions instead of an oven
- a bathroom with a small window and a shower
- the balcony faces south/east
A Sabro dog bed (size M), ceramic food bowls, and a leash rack; the dog beach is only about 200 m away.
