Custom cabinetry and finishes throughout, fully furnished with all amenities you will need, full kitchen with full-sized appliances, master bedroom with custom hand-built queen bed with comfortable Casper mattress and barn doors that open to views of Homer Spit and Kachemak Bay. Full size washer/dryer, laundry soap, shampoo/conditioner, pantry supplies, coffees/teas/condiments. Private patio/deck overlooking gorgeous 3 acre hillside property and gardens. We perform enhanced cleaning and sanitizing of all surfaces and was ALL bedding including duvet covers after EVERY stay.

This truly is the best vacation rental we’ve stayed at! Deborah is gifted and passionate about what she does and it shows in every detail. She has created a classic, cozy and comfortable accommodation that feels homey and welcoming.The view from the many windows is breathtakingly spectacular! We enjoyed our time in the area, but credit our stay in this rental for a five-star experience. We loved it. If we’re ever in the area again, we’d return to this home away from home! The loft was beautifully decorated, extremely clean, well equipped with everything you might need, and very comfortable! We enjoyed our stay at the loft and only wish we would’ve stayed longer!

To say that we loved our stay at The Loft is an understatement. We fell in love with the view and look forward to a return visit. Deborah is the perfect host and thoughtful in every way. Perfect place for us to celebrate our 25th anniversary! Wouldn’t change a thing!

Breathtaking view of the Spit and surrounding mountains. The description of the property was accurate. The hosts attention to detail was amazing. If we are fortunate enough to make it back to Homer, we would love to stay here again.
