The property itself is beautiful, clean, spacious, and has great amenities. However, our experience was not as private or relaxing as we expected. There are two studio VRBO units directly next to the house, and we had actually booked one for additional space. Unfortunately, the owner forgot and rented it to someone else. We were refunded and given extra mattresses, which we appreciated, but it wasn’t the same as having the space we had planned for.The yard is shared with the neighboring units and there is no fence. Guests’ dogs roamed freely in the yard, and while we love dogs and thankfully they were friendly, this could be a concern for someone with allergies or a fear of dogs. The guests in the other studio were also very nice, but their porches overlook the yard, so there was little privacy.The owners frequently came through or into the yard, including on a golf cart, which made us feel watched. We were also confronted about gently moving a glass table out of a walkway and later received an accusatory message about contacting VRBO, which I had not done.Overall, we often felt more like guests in someone’s personal home than paying renters who could fully relax in vacation home. The property is lovely and about 15 minutes from the beach, but for the price, the lack of privacy and these interactions made it not fully clear worth it for us. If these things don’t bother you, you may really enjoy the property.

Very nice property with tons of room to spread out but also plenty of room to gather and talk in the evenings. I highly recommend a stay here.

Amazing property!!!!

We had THE BEST time here! The pictures do not do it justice. The entire property and vibe were fantastic! I think there were close to 75 chairs inside and outside the house so finding a comfortable place to sit should not be a problem. The host was super great with communication and attending to needs/questions. The beds are insanely comfortable. Our dogs really enjoyed sniffing every inch of the gorgeous yard. Relaxing and beautiful! We had an all around great time. I highly recommend staying here and look forward to coming back.
