Superbly renovated and very spacious old farmhouse in the Lauragais, which benefits from an above ground swimming pool and a rural countryside environment On the former farm of Constant, owner of the premises, this accommodation will delight your family stays with a multitude of games for children. The spirit of Monsieur Saint-Marty is to share the soul of this house, whose walls can hold up thanks to the work, first of all of Martine, a former farmer (work in 1920), then of Constant, who bought this land. in 1981. After many years of work, as shown in the photos of the gîte, the opening was carried out in 2008. The renovation gave pride of place to local materials, stone, brick, wood. 10km from Saint-Félix-Lauragais (Cocagne festival, for Easter) and Villefranche-Lauragais (restaurants, shops, cinema, Canal du Midi...), you can also discover Revel (20km), its bastide, its market and its Saint-Ferréol lake to cool off. The Occitan tourist triangle is also close at hand: Toulouse at 40km, Carcassonne at 65km and Albi at 90km.
