The Wiesenhüs is located in Tinnum and uniquely combines all the amenities Sylt has to offer. The Tinnum meadows begin almost right at your doorstep, offering not only peace and relaxation close to nature but also the perfect setting for a morning jog or bike ride. Of course, there’s nothing wrong with exploring on foot either.

The Weststrand beach is also just a short bike ride away; after about a 10-minute ride, you can bury your feet in the sand or dip them in the refreshing North Sea. The downtown area of Westerland, with its shops, restaurants, and recreational attractions, is also easily accessible in no time—for example, by bike. There’s also a bakery and several restaurants right in the neighborhood. Tinnum also has a bike rental shop and two horseback riding stables.

With 120 square meters spread across three levels, the Wiesenhüs offers up to six guests not only plenty of space to enjoy vacation moments together but also ample opportunities for privacy. However, the semi-detached house is not only spacious but also attractively and comfortably furnished.

A large flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and a CD system provide entertainment. The large dining table seats all guests together, allowing them to fully enjoy their meals while on vacation. The shipplank furniture adds a maritime and unique flair, stylishly complementing the room.

The kitchen shines in a rich red hue and is sure to put you in a good mood while cooking. The kitchen is also extensively equipped. In addition to a ceramic cooktop, an oven, and a dishwasher, it also features a microwave and a fridge-freezer. The small bar with chairs offers early risers the chance to enjoy their first cup of coffee before everyone else. A generous selection of cooking utensils, dishes, silverware, and glassware rounds out the separate kitchen. A small utility room with a washing machine and the guest restroom are also located on the first floor.

The three bedrooms are located on the other floors of the house. On the upper floor, there are two double bedrooms. The cozy beds (each 180x200 cm) invite you to sleep in a little during your vacation and ensure restful nights. Large built-in closets offer plenty of storage space, so you can comfortably stow your luggage.

The house’s large bathroom is also located on this floor. A double sink with a large, heated mirror and a towel warmer provide extra comfort in the bathroom. The large shower, the window, the toilet, and an attractive tile design that breaks away from the uniform white color scheme stylishly complete the bathroom.

Under the roof, the house’s third bedroom awaits guests who not only appreciate the large skylights and the warm décor but are also looking for a quiet retreat for reading or relaxing. Three single beds with matching nightstands and a large dresser ensure that this room is also tastefully furnished.

The Wiesenhüs vacation home features a well-maintained, spacious garden that spans approximately 450 square meters. Of course, the garden is exclusively available to the house’s guests. A rose hedge borders the beautiful lawn, which invites guests to play, run around, or simply relax.

The terrace offers enough space for all guests to gather together, ensuring nothing stands in the way of enjoying convivial breakfasts or evening get-togethers in the fresh island air. In addition to garden furniture, a beach chair is also available for use, allowing you to experience that typical North Sea atmosphere right at your own vacation home.

In the front yard of the house, there is a bike rack where you can park your own or rented bikes. You can also securely lock your bikes here.
