About this house rental
You can reach the first-floor apartment via the stairs or the elevator; after two steps, open the door and you’ll immediately experience the warm, welcoming atmosphere you’ve come to expect from us. Let the vacation begin! The apartment has been completely renovated.
You’ll be staying in a living room with an open kitchen. The living room features a cozy two-seater leather couch and an armchair. For comfortable TV viewing, there’s a 65-inch TV—
—from the comfort of a cozy Stressless recliner. You’ll sleep in a comfortable box-spring bed on a super-comfortable Tempur mattress. The apartment features warm, low-maintenance vinyl flooring; the bathroom is tiled. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, and everything you need if you’d like to cook for yourself. The usual amenities are also provided, such as a filter coffee maker, a fully automatic coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle, and dishes. The bright, cheerfully tiled bathroom features a walk-in shower, a toilet, and a comfortable sink. A hair dryer is provided. You won’t need to go down to the basement for your laundry either—you can do it right in the bathroom, where the washer-dryer is located. The apartment has a west-facing balcony with comfortable patio furniture and a beach chair.
