Your serenity begins as you pass through the white picket gate and step foot on the lush grounds of this vibrant and picturesque estate.Take a break from reality out on the front porch as you soak up gorgeous tropical views. A blend of coastal decor and tropical-chic accoutrements captivate your bohemian soul and beckon you inside the front door. As you enter, take a cool respite in the community parlor that offers plush seating, a Keurig machine, unlimited coffee k-cups, microwave, ice machine, and a filtered water cooler. Read your favorite novel by the light of tropical sunshine or turn on cozy lamps when the sun sets. A wall-mounted TV offers an alternative diversion while you are waiting for your night out on the town. You will also find extra towels and an area for storing luggage during your arrival or departure. A lovely, small powder room is located at the base of the stairs for your comfort and convenience.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
Just off the pool area downstairs resides the coziest of our rooms, with a luxurious queen bed, wall-mounted TV, and storage cabinet. The PRIVATE bathroom is outfitted with a quartz sink countertop, toilet and glass-door shower. This quaint retreat has all the essentials for rest and relaxation while you are on island time. Enjoy a Keurig machine for your morning cup of coffee to start the day as well as a mini fridge for all of your essentials.
OUTDOOR LIVING...
The exquisite upper balcony and lower porch overlook a large, sparkling pool (heated in winter months) and beautifully landscaped garden deck. Wash your cares away with a swim and enjoy a fruit-infused cocktail in your deck lounger. Discover your zen amid the lush vegetation and cool island breezes. These areas are available to all guests.

There is street parking only. You may park on the street in spaces not marked as residential. There are several non-residential spaces in the surrounding area, and also a pay lot less than 2 blocks away, but you can usually find something on the street.

We had a great stay here. The room was really nice and super clean. The host thought of everything. Not only did they have a Keurig coffee maker in the room with unlimited K-cups but also a basket of snacks and a bottle of bubbly. They also had a Keurig in the parlor that you could use along with a filtered water machine and an ice maker. They also had an insulated water pitcher for each room which was really nice. The parlor also had a tv and comfortable seating that you could use any time which was also nice if you arrived earlier than check in time or you could use after check out time while waiting to go to the airport, which we did. They also had large umbrellas in the parlor that you could use and extra pool towels available. The hotel was close to shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect setup for a quick 3 nights! Location was great, close enough to walk everywhere, far enough away to drown out the noise. Air conditioning was PHENOMENAL! We will definitely stay here again when we come back!
