Laguna Pearl is the Perfect location just a short 2 block walk to the Sandy White Beaches of the Emerald Coast between Rosemary Beach/Inlet Beach and Panama City on the West End and only 20 minutes from the ECP Airport.
Only 5 minutes to 30A.

Private Heated Saltwater Pool (heated to 82 in March/April/Sept./Oct. for NO EXTRA CHARGE)
We can heat the pool for an additional $250 per stay up to 5 days in Nov/February IF the temperature outside is above 55 degrees. If it is under 55 degrees, we would not charge you the fee, but the pool will NOT be heated)
2 Spacious Master (King) ensuites with Rain Showers and Double Vanities.
One on the main floor no steps, and One Upstairs.
There is another large upstairs King Bedroom with a Twin Bed Trundle and private balcony with a view of the Gulf with an outdoor loveseat.

When you book with us you get one on one attention from Brandie, the host and owner, NOT A PROPERTY MANAGER who doesn't answer calls or keep their properties clean.
Master King Ensuite Bedrooms on the main floor and 2nd floor have large closets, ironing boards, lots of cabinet and shelving storage, double vanities and private showers with rain shower.
2nd bedroom on the main floor has 2 full beds for extra room and a bathroom with shower/tub. Great for grandparents or a room with no steps.
3rd bedroom upstairs has a King Bed with 2 (twins) day bed/trundle with a private balcony with a view of the Gulf of Mexico.
Enjoy sitting outside and enjoying a cup of coffee listening to the ocean waves. T
here is a hall bathroom that is shared upstairs with a tub and shower combo.
The 5th bedroom has 3 twins beds, so nobody is having to climb up and down ladders!

This comfortable 5 bedroom, 4 bath beach home is ideal for a family or friends looking for a true getaway with all the comforts of home and more. We provide all of our guests with dishwasher and laundry tabs, garbage bags and cleaning supplies.
Situated just a few miles from Camp Helen State Park and Lake Powell, this home's location is ideal as a starting point for kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing or hiking through the nature trails.
Location is EVERYTHING! A quick 5 minute bike ride to Thomas Donuts in the mornings.
This 2-level home is beautifully decorated in beach luxury with the master suites (king)on the main floor with no steps into the home or first floor and 2nd floor.
10” ceilings in the main level living room provides a spacious feel with an open kitchen and dining room with quartz and marble counters, fully stocked kitchen, electric stove and potfiller, coffee maker, keurig, mini waffle maker, griddle, crockpot and so much more! We have a fully stocked kitchen.
The rental includes everything you would expect for the beach and so much MORE!
Our garage is a great place to store all of the things from the day.
When you book with us, you are also getting your very own area expert. We love suggesting restaurants, activities, and must do’s while on your memorable vacation.

Beautiful home! We especially enjoyed the backyard patio and pool. It was an easy walk to the beach and all needed beach gear was supplied. We had a wonderful vacation and would definitely come back!

The home was very family-friendly and thoughtfully stocked with plenty of convenient amenities. It included a great selection of pool and beach toys/supplies, a well-equipped kitchen with pots, pans, and storage containers, plus outdoor essentials like firewood and grilling supplies. The extra touches really helped make our stay easy and enjoyable.
