About this apartment rental
Completed in late 2016, this vacation rental meets the highest standards and is located in the Boathouse, one of the best locations on the island.
It’s just a few minutes’ walk to the North Sea beach or the golf course.
With a floor area of 51 square meters, the apartment offers the ideal setting for a relaxing vacation—especially for couples.
On the large south-facing balcony overlooking the Wadden Sea and the mainland, you can enjoy the sun as early as breakfast time.
A spacious, modern living room with thermally insulated pleated blinds, handmade built-in furniture, a sofa bed, and two armchairs invites you to linger. The dining area, integrated into the living room, features an extendable dining table that seats four.
The dimmable, stylish lighting creates a romantic atmosphere, while the thermostat-controlled radiant floor heating ensures a comfortable temperature in every room—even when it’s colder outside.
The apartment features a fully equipped, high-quality Nolte built-in kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, a compact oven with microwave and grill, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a 3-star freezer compartment, a coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, an 8-piece coffee and dinnerware set, a complete set of glasses, a cookware set including 2 frying pans, baking dishes, a 12-piece cutlery set, and a full range of cooking utensils.
The vacation rental also features a separate storage room with a washer-dryer.
Free Wi-Fi, Panasonic Smart TV, radio, CD player, and Bluetooth for smartphones or PCs. Enjoy your TV shows or music undisturbed in the cozy media area with Bluetooth headphones.
Please note that the floor plan is not always to scale. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking vacation rental.
