About this apartment rental
This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, with separate bunk area, condo has been designed with your comfort in mind. The unit is located on the 9th floor and has 2- dedicated 9th floor parking spaces! No fighting elevators with luggage!
This floor plan is so spacious, it includes a full dining area and large living room. Kitchen is fully equipped with all of your cooking needs. You can even wake up to beautiful views of the gulf from the master bedroom!
With parking on the same floor, you only have to use the elevators for the beach and pools!
-$113.40 registration fee payable online prior to check in. This includes 2 parking passes and 8 wristbands. This is a 1 time fee and covers your entire stay.
-Indoor and outdoor hot tubs
-Indoor seasonally heated pool
-Fitness center
-Poolside grill, Tiki style cocktail bar
-Private beach access
This unit also has 2 of it's own same floor parking spaces, making it easy to park and begin your vacation. However parking for a 3rd vehicle will result in having to use one of the City's overflow parking lots.
Beach towels are not provided, guests must bring their own.
We provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, and toilet tissue.
**Registered guests must be over the age of 21 unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.** No smoking in the unit. No pets.
The unit is self check in with unique code issued to each guest. Dedicated, same floor parking space means no elevator needed to get to unit!
I am easily reachable through the messaging system, and usually respond within a few minutes to an hour. Once booked my phone number is available for emergency situations.
Shores of Panama is centrally located to numerous attractions, shopping, and great restaurants!
It is easy to walk to many attractions and shopping.
Beach Boys taxi service is great for not wanting to use the car!

If your party has an elderly person this condo is a bit of a walk from the parking garage to the room. If you have a lot of luggage, the carts are located on the ground floor, make sure to drop someone off to grab one and go up the elevator. This is the 9th floor parking garage, and this is a very touristy area, so there are cars continuously going up and down, my average time getting to the street from parking spot was 9 minutes. Do not rent a golf cart and expect to keep it over night anywhere near the condo. There are no golf carts allowed on the premises/parking garage anywhere. There is also no public parking by the condo to park your golf cart and get to your condo in decent distance. The Circle K is directly in front of the shores of Panama, which is how i eventually figured out how to get into the parking garage. 2nd right after circle k. The pool is amazing but get there early or you will not have a chair! Beach is great walking distance from resort which was perfect. If you plan on eating next door at pineapple Willy’s for convenience make sure to walk over and place a reservation. After 6 o clock there are 1-2 hour waits. The elevators are very busy from 2pm until 7/8 pm. The hours before that you can get up and down pretty quickly. The condo is wonderful inside. View is stunning. Super clean. But suite is not handicap friendly. The beds were very comfortable. Toilets are Very Low for elderly.

Our condo was excellent! It was very clean and had everything we needed! The check-in was easy and our vrbo host was great! The only issue we had of the property was that the indoor pool and hot tub was dirty and really could use some repair. The outside pool and hot tub was great! We loved the outside set up! The parking garage was a little hectic. We were on the 9th floor and had to drive around a lot to get to our floor, but I would stay again.

Check great! Rooms were ran down. Icemaker did not work and a bag on property was 8 bucks for small bag. Workers and bartenders were rude
