"La Scalinatella" is a recently renovated private apartment, tastefully furnished in a Mediterranean style.
Equipped with all the amenities, it consists of:
- 1 bedroom with a double bed.
- a bright living room with a sofa, dining table, and LG Smart TV with satellite channels.
- a fully equipped kitchen with essentials, dishes, pots and pans, a refrigerator-freezer, an oven, an electric coffee maker, and an electric kettle.
- 1 bathroom with a shower, hair dryer, and toiletries.
- Private panoramic terrace with sea views and sunset views.
The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning, heating, a washing machine, Wi-Fi, mosquito screens, linens, and private on-site parking.
Our guests will also have full access to all of the villa’s outdoor spaces, the private parking lot, and the spacious panoramic garden with a gazebo, relaxation area, outdoor thermal shower, and Hot Spa Jacuzzi overlooking the sea and sunset.

It boasts privileged panoramic views of the sea and is the ideal place to enjoy Ischia’s wonderful sunsets. A perfect secret retreat on the “Green Island,” for your vacations and remote work!
THE AREA:
Nestled in a natural oasis and surrounded by breathtaking views of the sea and mountains, Villa Titina – Sunset Apartments is located about 900 meters from the bus stop; therefore, we recommend that our guests rent a scooter or car to explore the island of Ischia in the best possible way.
The property can arrange rentals through an external agency, delivering the vehicle directly on-site upon request. Private parking is free.

Via Corbaro in the “Bocca” area is one of the most characteristic streets on the island of Ischia; surrounded by vast vineyards and ancient green tuff “parracine,” it still preserves its authentic Ischian and Mediterranean character. Abundant with traditional restaurants, it offers a breathtaking view and is the ideal place to enjoy the colors of Ischia’s sunset. The numerous trails leading to the Santa Maria forest and Mount Epomeo are famous, offering access to the island’s highest and most scenic vantage points.

The area is also ideal for long walks in the countryside and hiking.

At check-in, you must pay the tourist tax in cash—1 or 2 EUR per person per day (depending on the season)—and present valid identification.
You can book a private transfer from Capodichino Airport or Napoli Centrale Station to Villa Titina. The transfer must be booked at least 4 days prior to arrival.
The property is not available for parties or bachelor/bachelorette parties.
