About this apartment rental
Amazing cozy silent and bright apartment on the top floor (third, no elevator) of a characteristic building from the 15th century in historic Florence. No street noise (all bedrooms in the back of the building). AIR CONDITIONING in all the bedrooms and in the living and kitchen room.

We enjoyed our stay in this cute apartment just down the street from the historic center of Florence and all the designer shops. The apartment has beautiful design details and AC in each room which was so nice in the summer. The owner was very accommodating and allowed us to store our luggage when we arrived several hours before check in. I took one star off due to some maintenance and cleaning issues, but they were quickly resolved by the friendly property manager who lives in the same building. Please note in Italy the street level is floor 0 not floor 1 like in the US. Thus, this 3rd floor apartment was up four flights of stairs and there is no elevator. It was fine for us, but something to keep in mind for those with mobility problems. Overall, it was a good value and I would stay here again.

This was a perfect apartment for our family of 5 to use as home base in Florence. The neighborhood is lovely, the apartment is well-sized for a family and the space is welcoming and quaint. The owner was very kind and courteous. The AC worked well, the washing machine worked well and the space was large. Note that the apartment is at the top floor with no lift. It was not a problem for our family but important to note for those with mobility issues. We hope to visit again!

My family of 5 stayed here for 3 nights as part of our trip to Italy and it served as a nice home base for exploring Florence as well as for a day trip to Sienna. The location is in a quiet neighborhood not too far from the train station and within walking distance of all of the attractions. The rental had everything that we needed for a good trip, thank you!

Location was good. Few more stairs than expected and rhe refrigerator had an odor that was not pleasant and shut off on us one day. Managers did respond fairly quickly. Key wasn’t in box when we arrived but they had someone let us in. Make sure you have toiletries. No extra toilet paper or body wash. I know not always supplied but would be nice since traveling from the United States.
