About this house rental

A stay surrounded by nature with breathtaking views of Lake Como and Novate, Pian di Spagna, and the peaks of Valchiavenna. A peaceful, green setting for those who love the slow pace of life.
Please note: Electricity is provided solely by solar panels, with limited power sufficient for lighting, charging cell phones and laptops, and operating a small refrigerator/minibar. Gas stove; wood-burning stove for heating. Hot water heated by a wood-fired boiler.
The house is accessible only on foot via an uphill trail through the woods. A leisurely 15–20-minute walk.
TOURIST TAX NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE; TO BE PAID ON SITE IN CASH (2.00 EUROS PER PERSON)
