All around me, the enchantment of the Sabini Mountains.

The Garden: With its white gravel paths winding through the lawn, the gentle presence of trees, rocks, flowers, and aromatic plants, the garden is a small oasis of peace.
The porch: A cozy outdoor sitting area to relax or work, a table for lunch and dinner, and a picturesque view to lift your spirits.
The kitchen: Open the drawers, look in the cupboard… you’ll find that nothing is missing here. Then take the time and enjoy the pleasure of cooking at your own pace.
The living room: A table for 4–8 people, a comfortable sofa, a small armchair perfect for reading, and the cozy warmth of a stove—what else do you need to feel happy?
The bedroom with a loft: in addition to a comfortable double bedroom—with either a double bed or twin beds—you’ll find a loft with a sleeper chair and a soft rug.
Panoramic balcony.
The study: you can focus on your work in complete tranquility. And, if you’d like, you can convert the armchair into a bed. It also features a panoramic balcony.
