Located directly across the street from The Village at Mammoth and the Village Gondola, this spacious 2-bedroom, 3-bath corner townhome puts dining, shopping, entertainment and easy access to Canyon Lodge just steps away, all while offering a quieter setting away from the hustle and bustle of The Village itself. Best of all, your dog can come along too! The upper-level great room feels bright and spacious with soaring vaulted ceilings, hardwood flooring and plenty of room for the whole family to gather. After a day on the mountain, settle into the comfortable sofa and recliners, warm up beside the cozy pellet stove and enjoy movie night on the oversized flatscreen TV. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home and opens directly to the dining and living areas, creating an inviting space for cooking, dining and spending time together. The primary bedroom features a California king bed, flatscreen TV, and private en-suite full bathroom. The second bedroom is an excellent setup for families or friends, offering both a queen bed and a double bed, flatscreen TV and its own private en-suite full bathroom. An additional third full bathroom with a walk-in shower is conveniently located on the upper living level, an especially nice feature for groups of up to six. Helios North offers some fantastic amenities of its own. Skip the morning snow removal with underground garage parking, unwind in the complex sauna, or head up to the rooftop hot tub for a relaxing soak after a full day of Mammoth adventures. Guests additionally receive complimentary access to Snowcreek Athletic Club. Mammoth's premier fitness and recreation facility featuring an indoor heated swimming pool, steam room, sauna, full fitness center, yoga, Pilates and cycling studios, racquetball and basketball courts, plus outdoor tennis, pickleball outdoor swimming pool during the summer months. The home accommodates a maximum of 6 guests and allows one approved dog. This is a non-smoking property. Parking includes one assigned underground tandem space capable of accommodating two vehicles (garage clearance 9 feet). Two parking passes are provided. Pros: quiet, good beds, good location, well-stocked kitchen, good (if small) hot tub, great water pressure, nice natural light in the living room, does not look or smell like a pet-friendly unit, responsive office staffCons: carrying everything up stairs from the garage (we later learned about the unloading zone), poor work lighting in the kitchen, vent hood blows cooking odors toward the ceiling, just a bit too far from the Village gondola to walk there and back comfortably in ski boots (we walked in snow boots)Note: bed configuraration is not as advertised. No bunk bed in the second bedroom - instead it has a full bed and a queen bed.

Accommodations were adequate but for the price, I’d expect more care taken. The property and decorations are dated and damaged exterior). I knew there was no AC but there were also very few windows that even opened. On the main floor, only 1 in living room and 1 in kitchen opened. No recycling.
