Pelican Beach is a beautiful 4BR/3.5BA private home nestled in the heart of West Beach in Gulf Shores. It's perfect for the whole family with beds for 15!! We got the littles covered with a pack-n-play, baby gate, and outlet covers! All of this within a 5 min walk to the beach, restaurants, & shopping! Don't forget the PRIVATE HEATED POOL...perfect for evening swims!
Bring the whole family...TONS of parking!
The Space:
The main floor holds two master suites, both with private bathrooms, king-sized beds, and smart TVs. These two masters share a deck with a view of Little Lagoon. Upstairs offers a bunk room with two sets of bunk beds - twin beds as the top bunks with full sized beds on the bottom - plus it houses a 2-player arcade game. The other upstairs bedroom has a queen bed, and smart TV, and its own private deck with the BEST views of the Gulf of Mexico. The main living area is open to the kitchen and the dining room. There is a pull-out sofa, a pull-out love seat, and a recliner to enjoy the 50 inch smart tv. In-door dining table seats six with an additional 4 more seats at the kitchen island. Off the main living area is the back deck with an additional dining table that seats 6 and overlooks the pool.
The Neighborhood:
Located on W Lagoon Ave situated between 11th & 12th Ave
Getting Around:
Free parking under the house and in the driveway for 8 cars or more!
Once you're parked, you can walk or bike to multiple restaurants and retail shops.
Other Things to Note:
The true GEM is the fully-covered, ground-level entertainment space - The Nest. With seating for 10+, corn hole, a gas grill, and an oversized hammock overlooking the private heated pool, The Nest is one-of-a-kind!
There is a heavy-duty beach caddie to make the 5-min walk to the beach even easier! Use it and keep it in good shape for the next guests!

Loved our stay at the pelican house. Highly recommend for multi family beach trips. Kids loved the pool and was a life saver for double flag days. Convenient to shopping. Comfortable beds. Beach toys available and a wagon to haul the beach stuff. 5 minute walk not bad. Just a great place. Kitchen was awesome. Anything you might need. The grill was useful for some hamburgers. Sam and Dee were awesome hosts. Appreciate the great accommodations and great hosting. Thanks

Could have beena little bit cleaner, but overall it is a great beach house to stay at. I loved it, its in a great spot and everyone had a great time

Clean house, plenty of space, great amenities, short walk to public beach but great heated pool for use as well. Would recommend to anyone wanting to enjoy Gulf Shores especially with little kids!
