• Kitchenette (not a full kitchen, but great for light meals)
• 1 bathroom
• Private entrance
This space is ideal for guests who value practicality, location, and affordability over luxury or large open layouts.
This is perfect for:
✔ Small families
✔ Friends traveling together
✔ Guests visiting UNMC / UNO
✔ Travelers wanting more space than a hotel at a better price
Good to know (important for the right fit)
• This is a small shared building, so some normal noise may be heard during the daytime.
• The unit is accessed via a set of stairs (second-floor unit)
• Best suited for 2–4 guests (can fit more, but may feel cozy)
• Kitchen is a kitchenette
We believe in setting clear expectations so you can book confidently and enjoy your stay.
Final note
If you’re looking for a clean, convenient, and affordable place to stay in a great Midtown location, this is a great fit.
If you’re looking for absolute luxury, complete silence, or a large open home, this may not be the best match.

Good for a place to sleep. Not ideal for any central place to gather in unit. This is an upstairs space and AC is via a window vented portable unit in one bedroom and there isn’t one in the 2nd bedroom. So you have to keep doors open and the unit is loud to sleep with. Floor fans would help to circulate air throughout. Enclosed porch/seating area was too warm to be functional. Aroma from kitchen below in the main house filled the space. One of the kitchen stools was broken leaving a single seat available. Needs some TLC to be great.
