Just 10 minutes from Salzburg lies my 120-square-meter apartment, which features a wonderful terrace perfect for sunbathing and outdoor seating in the summer. In my infrared sauna, you can enjoy the soothing warmth after a busy day of outdoor activities, then spend a cozy movie night with your loved ones on my big-screen TV in the living room—or pull a few board games out of the cabinet, light the fireplace, and have a fun game night. Of course, the region’s most popular lakes aren’t far away! A 20-minute drive to Lake Chiemsee, 20 minutes to Lake Waginger, and 30 minutes to Lake Königsee let you choose which adventure comes next.

This was the perfect location for spending time in Salzburg. It’s a short but beautiful drive and this spot is so tranquil and beautiful! We had the best time! Florian was a great host and helped us with all our needs! We would totally recommend!

We had a wonderful stay. Excellent communication with Florian, he is very responsive and helpful. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Would definitely come back again.

Really like the rural place. Was nice to be in the country yet close to so many places. It was very quiet & safe. This accommodation had all the things you could need for a stay. The place was very clean & tidy except for the sofa. It had many stains on it so I hope it gets a good clean or perhaps a cover if the stains don’t come out. Was a bit unsightly. Other than that I would recommend & stay again
