About this house rental

Architect remodeled, modern amenities, historic charm. Every Bedrooms has their own private bath. Library/Living Room has 5' wide fireplace & Flat Screen TV/Bose. Kitchen has Thermadore, Wolf Appliances, Fireplace. Most rooms have fireplaces. Bedroom 1 has private 2nd floor terrace.

Close to WAC, Mia, Eat Street, Twins, Vikings, Timberwolves, MN United, Up/Downtown, 5 Parks, Lake of the Isles, Guthrie, MOA, Transit and Freeways...Quiet, Tree lined Street.

The space
Original 7300 Square foot house used as (2) 3 story private units (1 is VRBO 4BR and the other is Owners). Comes with Private Entry, 2 Porches (one private to Bedroom 1), Big windows, French Doors (great sunlight/views), surrounded by Trees.

Overall pretty nice. Wanted to BBQ but ran out of propane and had no grill tools. Advertised as non-smoking but could smell smoke coming from another part of the property. Kitchen pots and pans in very bad shape, rusty. Particle board in parts of the porch and laundry room. Very much a work in progress but will be nice once it's finished.
