The property is more beautiful in person than the photos show from outside. There is lots of space outside for kids to play. The hot tub was nice and access to the neighborhood pool was appreciated. Great access to Pipestem. Overall cleans, lots of towels and pillows were provided. We had trouble with checkin due to an incorrect code being provided and it took awhile to reach the host, but communication was otherwise quick and the property manager was very helpful when the owner contacted her to help out with a few things.

The Retreat was the perfect spot for us and our children. Everything is as described in the listing. The hot tub was a hit and an added bonus for relaxation. The host is the best we’ve had! So friendly and helpful. We will definitely plan to book this property again.
