About this house rental
The apartment is spread over two floors and has a total area of approximately 170 square meters.
On the first floor are the kitchen, the living room with a fireplace, and the dining room—all interconnected and featuring French doors that open directly onto the surrounding garden.
On the pool side is a pergola that extends along two sides and is furnished with a table, chairs, and lounge chairs.
In addition to these communal areas, the first floor also features a guest bathroom and a storage room.
On the first floor, there are three bedrooms: a master bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a view of the pool, a twin bedroom with a small loggia furnished with a small table and two chairs, and another single bedroom with a pull-out bed underneath.
The furnishings are custom-designed and crafted by local artisans or sourced from the antique markets periodically held in Arezzo, Cortona, or neighboring towns.
The kitchen is also custom-designed in lacquered solid wood and equipped with top-brand appliances.

We had the great pleasure of staying in this wonderful holiday home in Tuscany, and it was simply fantastic! The house is extremely tastefully decorated, offering a warm and inviting atmosphere. Every corner of the house shows a love for detail and high-quality design.
The amenities of the house are also excellent. There is truly nothing lacking – from the fully equipped kitchen to the comfortable beds and modern bathroom. We felt completely at home and could fully enjoy our vacation.
Another big plus is the convenient access to the highway, which made it easy for us to explore the surrounding cities and attractions. Despite the proximity to the highway, it was pleasantly quiet in the house, allowing us to fully enjoy the rural tranquility.
We especially want to highlight the extremely friendly and accommodating hosts. They were always available with help and advice, making us feel warmly welcomed. Their dedication and hospitality made our stay unforgettable.
All in all, we can absolutely recommend this holiday home and will definitely be back! It's a perfect place for a relaxing and eventful holiday in Tuscany.
