About this apartment rental
A spacious room with a loft located in the historic Carvajal Simoncelli building, dating from 1900, in the historic center of Orvieto. Converted from an old warehouse, it was designed and renovated in a modern style by a renowned Orvieto architect to be highly functional for travelers from around the world.

Stair-free entrance, living room with kitchenette and a three-seater sofa bed. You’ll also have free Wi-Fi and a 42-inch Ultra HD Smart TV with Netflix and everything you need. The bright bathroom features a shower stall with lighting, a bidet, a toilet, and a sink—all brand new. The bedroom is located on the loft—very romantic with warm lighting and a memory foam mattress for a restful night’s sleep. The entire apartment is air-conditioned and designed to offer you an unforgettable experience. We provide towel sets and beds made up with the highest-quality cotton sheets. In addition, you’ll find a welcome kit in the bathroom, and the kitchen is equipped with all basic utensils, a coffee machine, a kettle, complimentary coffee capsules, tea, snacks, and chilled water in the fridge. Everything is designed to offer you a first-class welcome.

A 5-minute walk from the Duomo, just a stone’s throw from Corso Cavour, and very close to all amenities. Right outside the house, you’ll find the free CC shuttle that will take you to all of Orvieto’s key locations. The best location for both leisure and business.
The nearest secure parking lot is 500 meters from the house. The parking garage has elevators and escalators, and it takes about a 5-minute walk on flat ground—no up or down slopes—to reach the house.
Alternatively, you can leave your car at the Ex Caserma Parking lot and, from the funicular at Piazza Chen, take the free CC shuttle, which will take you right in front of the house at Via Malabranca 15 in 5 minutes, or you can take a stroll along Corso Cavour, which will lead you directly to the house. The CC shuttle runs every 20 minutes to half an hour, and inside the house you’ll find a guide with all the shuttle schedules and tips. You’ll never feel alone, because we’re always available via chat or by phone.

Lovely hosts, lovely apartment, just down the hill from Piazza della Repubblica. It made me want to move to Orvieto. I had to book it in December for June and I feel lucky it was available because it was perfect for my work-vacation purposes. Thank you to the hosts for thinking of everything and sharing such a lovely place.

A very, very decent property. Cute and comfortable and quiet.
Was just the right lodging for my needs East access to an incredible view of the city of Orvietto and the valley below.
Very good & Attentive service and extremely gracious hospitality.
I can recommend it very, very highly.

The place was clean and beautiful, the host was so very kind and helpful.
I would definitely stay with them again.
They bright my daughter to the train station at 12:30 am, because there was no taxi available at that time.

This property is exactly as shown in its photos, very clean and well maintained. We were a family of 5, 4 adults and 1 teen for 3 nights. Directions and check-in information was very detailed and helpful. We were welcomed by the manager immediately by text upon check-in and Oxana was very helpful when we needed information on bus schedules when our train plans changed.
Would love to return someday!
