About this house rental
The apartment called “Monte San Savino” is located on the first and second floors and has a total area of approximately 170 square meters.
It is accessed through a private outdoor area equipped with a table, chairs, a beach umbrella, and deck chairs. The staircase is entirely made of terracotta, constructed with original bricks.
On the first floor is a very spacious living-dining room with a fireplace and terracotta ceilings over four meters high, featuring solid chestnut wood beams.
The fully equipped and functional kitchen is in a separate area, though open to the living room. The furniture was custom-designed by the architect and crafted by a local artisan.
On the same floor, there is a double bedroom, a master bedroom, a bathroom with a tub and shower, and a small utility room with a washer and dryer.
An internal staircase leads up to the Turret, where there is another double bedroom, equipped with air conditioning, an en-suite bathroom, and a beautiful panoramic view.

The contact beforehand was good and we received a warm welcome and a clear explanation about the apartment. Additionally, we got various tips for excursions and places to eat well. It was thoughtful that there was already some food ready in the fridge and a bottle of wine was provided. The apartment was very spacious with a nice kitchen that was fully equipped and well set up for 6 people.
