About this house rental

Enjoy a relaxing stay just a 6–8 minute walk (3 blocks) to the beach. Close to Pier Village with great restaurants, shops, and things to do. We provide chairs, umbrellas, towels, and badges, so you can enjoy your stay without the hassle. Backyard with BBQ, seating and dining. Perfect for easy, relaxing beach days. Sleeps 10 comfortably, up to 14 with foldable mattresses. Driveway for 2 cars plus free street parking. Only registered guests allowed. Minimum booking age: 25.

I don't write reviews. ever. But this experience deserved it.The host was top notch: extremely accommodating, informative and responsive. The house was in amazing condition. It was stocked with everything we needed for our week's stay, even every possible beach amenity a kid could ask for in the garage. We felt safe, secure and comfortable the entire time. Easy walk to the beach and the shops/restaurants on the boardwalk. We'll be repeat renters at this house.

We loved our stay at Carolina‘s home! Carolina navigated my many messages and questions prior to our stay with grace and incredible hospitality and our stay reflected her care and professionalism. Everything was as it appeared in the listing, well appointed and immaculately kept. All of the directions were clear and easy to follow, and we weren’t left with any unanswered questions, from wifi to garbage how tos, everything was handed to us with great detail and care. We would highly recommend! Thank you!
