This Condo has been complete renovated and updated with new Kitchen, Bath , appliances and furniture . It is located in in a private double gated exclusive community that you will have exclusive access with no through traffic. Pal mas Del mar Resort has many things to offer including Many restaurants, , Golf , , Horse back riding , Private pool, Great walking sidewalks.

I can't say enough about how beautiful the property is. Very roomy and cozy. The owner has everything you may need. Beach chairs beach towels, coolers. Extra pillows, extra sheets even bug spray and sunscreen. Kitchen has everything even some seasonings for cooking. Bathroom had new shower curtains which is important to me. Puerto Rico occasionally has electric outages and the owner has lanterns and candles available for you. Pool is literally a building away. Parking is directly in front of building. Your beach view from your balcony is stunning. If your AC is off you can hear the ocean all night. The resort itself is very safe . There are numerous security booths throughout the resort. People are walking and running late at night for exercise all over resort. I will have to add ( no control obviously from owner) but there are no elevators. One flight up and once in apartment one flight down. One thing I have to add that I have never encountered before. I was so impressed by informative literature that the owner leaves you. A book on anything around the neighborhood, supermarkets restaurants ,places to see and do. Even native sayings and recipes. Books on bookshelf on Puerto Rico also.When you go home you will have learned so much about our beautiful island .Definitely will be going back and staying here. Love love love

We had a wonderful stay! The view was absolutely beautiful and one of our favorite parts of the trip. The condo was cozy, comfortable, and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our vacation. The resort is located in a beautiful, gated community. Greg was super responsive before and during our arrival, making the entire check-in process smooth and stress-free. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable getaway!

Overall great location restaurants walking distance parking was easy getting in and out was easy of the complex pool was nice only problem was the seagrass ruins the beach but it was okay it was still comfortable the wind came up every night

Beaches at this condo are rough and very covered with seaweed. Extended electrical outage 22 hours, made our visit miserable:no air-conditioning, cooking, lites. We left but don't expect this owner to refund your unbearable days.
