The vacation rental in the “I Molini” residence is in a quiet, sunny location with a partial view of Lake Garda and is just under 1 km from the center of the picturesque town of Garda. The residence features a large communal pool (open from late May through mid- to late September) with an adjacent sunbathing area. Directly adjacent to the residential complex is a small, quiet park with a few olive trees and a lawn. Your spacious, comfortably furnished, and heated apartment with air conditioning (kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, electric stove, TV, cozy couch, furnished terrace with a sun awning, washing machine also available upon request, clothes rack, etc.) is located on the first and top floor and features a larger bedroom with a double bed as well as a smaller bedroom with bunk beds. The bathroom, equipped with a shower, toilet, and bidet, opens onto a small balcony. The “
” apartment has a total area of approximately 80 m². The center of Garda is within easy walking distance from here via a tree-lined street that leads directly to the road running along the lake. About 150 m away is a stop for the free shuttle service, which takes you to several locations in Garda at no cost during the tourist season (April through October). The residence is an excellent place for a vacation in a relaxing atmosphere and the ideal starting point for many hikes. In the immediate vicinity, there are great restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets, a water park, a golf course, and much more.
Bed linens and towels are provided and included, as are electricity and gas costs and the final cleaning fee.

This unit was perfect for us. Lots of space, and just minutes to the water. We loved having coffee of the patio with views of the country hillside. Harald was great and very easy to get in contact with. Supplied us with very easy to follow instructions to get to the unit, access the keys, was quick to answer any questions we had. We will definitely stay here again.

Harold snd Barbara were very easy to work with and responded to any requests in a timely fashion. The accommodations were very adequate. We especially appreciated the comfortable bed and clean bathroom. I would like to suggest that the common room be decorated more comfortably especially when there are families visiting and I would also like to suggest that you get a toaster! But these are small suggestions. We enjoyed our stay very much.
