This was our second year staying at Harold and Nataliya's and it was as we expected. It was great to return to a familiar place, made it feel a bit like coming home. The townhouse is very well kept. The two car garage parking is very convenient. Our hosts were always easy and quick to communicate with. The entire development is bright and cheerful and very well kept. Highly recommend this Imperial Beach VRBO.

This property is immaculate. It is very clean and spacious. There are basic supplies in the unit as well as towels and linens. The host is friendly and efficient and responds quickly to questions. Highly recommend for this area.

The home was clean, with plenty of towels, etc, and it was an easy check in and check out process. However, there were some inaccuracies with the description and photos vs what was actually in the home. They provided detergent, but no fabric softener, even though the pictures showed it. Also, there was only one pot but a full set was shown in the kitchen photos. While there were several things in the kitchen, some basics such as a measuring cup and mixing bowls would have been nice since we cook everyday. The sink in the master bathroom was backed up and took a few minutes to drain each time the water was turned on. I asked to have it fixed, but the hosts were out of town and didn’t have someone that could come fix it. For a family of 4 who prefers to cook meals rather than go out frequently, the lack of things in the kitchen were problematic. There was plenty of space and the rooms were a great size.
