About this apartment rental
White walls paired with light-colored natural materials—a combination that gives the entire apartment a calm and inviting feel. Starting with the spacious living room, which comfortably accommodates a couch, an armchair, and a dining table. A large window offers beautiful views of the terrace and the flower-filled garden. The kitchen embodies the modern Frisian style with blue-and-white tiled walls and is well-equipped. One bedroom is directly adjacent to the living room, connected by a sliding door; the other bedroom features an en suite bathroom with a shower. In addition, there is another large bathroom with a shower and a wonderful rain shower.
Apartment Olivia is located in a quiet area in the south of Westerland. It’s about a 5- to 10-minute walk to the beach and downtown.
Note:
As part of the renovation of gas and water supply lines and the expansion of the power grid, traffic restrictions are expected on Lerchenweg and Robbenweg in Westerland from February 16, 2026, through the end of June 2026. The construction site will be set up as a moving construction zone, starting in the southern part of Lerchenweg, at the entrance from Süderstraße, and then moving toward Robbenweg. At times, disruptions due to full road closures are to be expected. Access to the properties will be maintained to the greatest extent possible. Energieversorgung Sylt asks all residents and drivers for their understanding and assures them that the work will be completed promptly.

Moin, moin, es hat uns alles super gefallen, das Appartement: großzügig, sauber, der Garten mit herrlichen Hortensien, die Terrasse mit Strandkorb.
Die Lage ist sehr schön, ruhig, in Strandnähe. Der Strand lässt keine Wünsche offen, feiner Sand, nicht überlaufen.
Fazit: Sehr zu empfehlen, wir kommen gern wieder.

Wir waren nun schon zum zweiten Mal in dieser Wohnung. Uns hat es wieder einmal sehr gut gefallen. Traumhafter Garten mit guten Gartenmöbeln, die zu jederzeit einen Schattenplatz fanden.Kurzer Weg zum Strand. Wir würden diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

Viele Jahre fahren wir schon zu dieser Ferienwohnung, wie immer war alles super. Der tolle große Garten ist sehr schön, unsere Enkelin kann auch mal alleine dort sein, weil alles gut eingezäunt ist. Der kurze Weg zum Strand ist auch super. Immer wieder gerne.

Tolle Lage, Strand- als auch Stadtnähe! Schöne Einrichtung, großzügig und sauber. Schöner Garten mit Terrasse, würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!
