Located a 10-minute walk from the beaches, the port and the old town of Antibes, this 102 m² apartment with private pool is ideal for enjoying the seaside, the charm of the old town, its ramparts and its many restaurants.
The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people thanks to its 3 bedrooms, its equipped kitchen and its 30 m² living-dining room opening onto a beautiful covered terrace with a large teak table and 8 chairs.
The landscaped garden with a secure and fenced swimming pool (9x5), a barbecue, table tennis and 6 teak deckchairs and "Tahitian" parasols and garden furniture under a pergola will allow you to entertain yourself during your stay and make the most of the Mediterranean sun.
Wifi internet access in all rooms.
You will be able to fully enjoy your holidays with family or friends.
Pets are allowed.

We had a very pleasant time. There is space enough for six people. The swimmingpool is excellent. The owners are very friendly and respond very quickly. It is a good location near the old town and other places such as Nice and Cannes.

Had a lovely week in Antibes. The apartment was spacious with a great and very welcome pool. The house is set back from a very busy road but that meant that there is easy access to Antibes and public transport i.e. bus and train station 5-10 minute walk. There is a small Casino supermarket and lovely boulangerie within a 2 minutes walk. Marc was very easy to contact and helpful. We would book again.

We highly recommend this charming old house for holiday. Perfect location nearby the city of Antibes, and Nice. Private garden and swimming pool. 1 min walk to the grocery store. We where 5 people including 3 children at the age of 18, 16 and 10 who had the pleasure to stay her a week in July. The house is well equipped, and was clean and tidy when we arrived. The homeowners was very helpful and reliable.
