One bedroom with a double bed, walk-in closet, and in-room TV; another bedroom with a single bed; and a double sofa bed in the living area.

Just a stone’s throw from downtown and 300 meters from the waterfront.

A grocery store, fruit stand, bakery, and shops of all kinds.
Plus, bars, clubs, and restaurants are truly just a stone’s throw away, where you’re guaranteed a lively nightlife; bars in the morning for breakfast al fresco, or restaurants for dinners featuring local meats and, especially, seafood.
Street parking is available. There are areas with free parking, but it’s always hard to find an open spot because we’re in the city center.
You’re much more likely to find paid parking, which is free from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. and on Sundays.

The train station is just a 10-minute walk away, so if you arrive in Bari by train, you won’t need a car—you can walk to the shopping streets and the old town in 5 minutes, where you can visit the Basilica of Saint Nicholas and the Cathedral of Saint Sabinus.
The waterfront is just 300 meters away, and Pane e Pomodoro Beach is just a 10-minute walk away.
The Castello Svevo is just a 15-minute walk away, while the Petruzzelli Theater and the Margherita Theater are just 400 meters away.

The property was ideally located for us between the old town and the beach. The host was excellent in his communication and going above what was expected to ensure you had everything you need. He gave great advise on places to eat. Would definitely stay again
