**Cancellation Policy**
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 100% refund minus Cancellation Fee's ($100 plus 6% Credit Card Processing Fee). Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund Minus Cancellation Fee's. Bookings canceled within the 14-day window are non-refundable.
Reservations of 15 nights or more may be canceled at least 90 days before the start of the stay will receive a 100% refund minus Cancellation Fee's ($100 plus 6% Credit Card Processing Fee). Cancellations within 45 days of the check-in date and are refundable up to 50% minus Cancellation Fee's.
Should a refund be issued, a credit to the original credit card in the amount of the reservation minus the cost of the cancellation fees will be issued within 5 to 7 business days.

Good location and view. Property/building was dated and in some disrepair. Apartment was nice but needed some updating and furnishings.

Beautiful beach views! We loved the open floor plan in the kitchen/living area & beautiful penthouse balcony. Property was very clean & well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay. The only downsides to our stay were that the master bath is not a separate room- it’s open to the master bedroom & the washer/dryer unit is a combined unit. It took a long time to do a small load of laundry. There is a laundry room on the ground floor of the complex though for more time efficient laundering.

The views are stunning, giving the whole condo the “wow” factor. Check-in was easy and check-out were easy. There’s so much to do around the area - we hope to come back again soon!
