About this house rental
Living at Casa Greco means having privacy and independence in a large house with all the necessary spaces and fittings for living comfortably, as if it was your own house. It is the ideal choice for a holiday with family or a small group of friends. The house is equipped in a fresh style mixed with a contemporary touch, and with lots of love for the past. It even has furnishings and objects from back in the days, it has a sleeping area with three large double bedrooms, of which one has a balcony. There are two brand-new bathrooms with a walk-in shower, as well as a spacious living area consisting of a large lobby with a reading area and a wide living/dining room. The welcoming kitchen/dining is equipped with all the appliances and accessories, the laundry/bathroom features a washing machine. The house is equipped with internet, autonomous heating, air-conditioning in the bedrooms, linen, towels, dinnerware and any other necessary accessory. The house can accommodate up to 6 adults, plus a toddler in a cradle. The apartment is rented as a whole and exclusively to one customer, in order to make it as private as possible. The way in which we rent the house, even for short periods, is via the transitional contract for tourists with an "all inclusive" rate.

We spent a wonderful 3 weeks in Casa Greco. The owners were lovely and handled everything efficiently. The location is very good for visiting the historic part of Lecce. We also took day trips to other parts of Puglia using this as a home base.There is an excellent kitchen for cooking full meals or just having a nice breakfast. The outdoor space on the roof is inviting and we had wine there many an evening for sunset.

Our stay at Paola & Maurizio’s home was absolutely AMAZING! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The house was beautiful, spotless, and had every comfort and amenity we could have asked for. The attention to detail in this property and the hospitality of the hosts sets the bar very high for all others. The rooftop terrace is stunning and provided a beautiful area for us to relax outdoors after our long days exploring Lecce and the surrounding cities. It truly felt like a home away from home. The hosts were incredible — welcoming, thoughtful, and extremely kind and responsive throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a perfect experience.The location could not have been better! It was convenient to everything while still feeling relaxing and private. The house is located about a 5 minute walk to one of the three gates to the historic city center and is only a 15 minute walk from the central train station.We loved every minute of our stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an exceptional getaway. We cannot say enough great things about this property and its hosts!

Photos do not do apt justice; so clean, very comfortable and we loved the layout. The terrace is just bonus. The apt is nicely situated, close to everything. Check-in was effortless. Maurizio & Paola were the perfect hosts.This is certainly a “do over”!
