Coffee on the veranda, a moment on the balcony or a walk into Cannes: enjoy Mediterranean views from this two-bedroom apartment at 17 Edith Cavell Street. Managed by the family-owned LB Vacation Rentals team, it is close to Rue d'Antibes bars, restaurants and shops, approximately 9 minutes on foot from the Palais des Festivals and 12 minutes from Plage Macé on La Croisette.
• On the fifth floor with unobstructed sea views, the apartment offers 54 m² indoors, a private 15 m² veranda with a dining table and a private 3 m² balcony accessible from the main bedroom.
• The living, dining and fully equipped kitchen area measures 20 m², with a bar, large dining table and gray couch.
• The mint-hued kitchen and a desk with a comfortable chair make the space suited to holiday or working stays.
• Up to 6 guests can stay in total, including children.
• The main bedroom has a queen-size bed measuring 160 x 200 cm; the second has a 140 x 190 cm convertible bed.
• The living-room convertible sofa has a 160 x 200 cm mattress.
• There is a shower room, with the toilet in a separate room outside it.
• Individual air conditioning serves the living room and both bedrooms.
• The apartment underwent a significant refresh in February 2025, excluding the kitchen and shower room.

The fifth-floor apartment has elevator access, with five steps before the elevator. Self check-in uses a key lockbox for the building badge and garage remote, and a smart lock for the apartment. Arrival is possible 24/7 from the check-in time. One private underground parking space is included and reached by a car lift: maximum vehicle dimensions 3.0 m wide x 5.5 m long x 1.9 m high; maximum car-lift weight 2,000 kg.

Firstly, must write about bathroom,
Expedia officially mentioned there are 2 bathrooms, but in fact, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet.
There are no running hot water from 3rd night to next morning without any notice.
Me and my staff had to use cold showers in the morning in December.
Kind of these situations, not really much to business travelers.
If family’s trip for 2 person, I strongly recommend this apartment, owner was very kind, helpful and always replied very quick.
View from the apartment was amazing, vey clean and easy access to most of signature spots.

Sometimes pictures and descriptions don't match with the reality but this time they did match : ) It was a pleasure to enter the apartment because everything was clean and tidy. All has been done with good taste - it's nice to be in the apartment. All central and interesting places nearby and although next to lively street the traffic doesn't disturb due to fifth floor.
We also got a very good service from the owner, fixed for example fast channels for watching all World Cup matches : )
We would recommend this apartment to singles, couples and families with older children.
