It is limited power available supplied by 12v.. There is plenty of wildlife found on the premises and lots to see and do in the area. There is a decommissioned 2 km walking trail directly off of the property. If you're into bird watching this is the place to be! In the spring and fall times this is a major wetland hub for migratory birds and hundreds of unique species can be observed throughout the year. Fishing is excellent in the river and lake.
