About this apartment rental
Four splendid apartments with all comforts inside a historic palace dating back to the 500s.
This apartment is furnished with designer furniture, modern-style paintings, and refined lighting given by large and bright arched windows with stunning views of Venice.
The accommodation consists of a large living room furnished with a sofa and a fully equipped open kitchen, complete with a refrigerator, microwave oven, and dishwasher.
The sleeping area consists of a bathroom with a shower and two bedrooms, both with queen-size beds.
The building does not have an elevator.
Our guests will have additional amenities such as Free wifi, air conditioning, heating, television, and hairdryer.
* Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. The code will be active starting from 3 p.m.
*Cot available upon request, at an extra cost of 35€ per stay.

Great location. We loved this part of Venice. Unit had a good amount of space, even if one of the bedrooms and bathrooms were a bit tight. The living room and kitchen were great to have for a stay for two couples. Check in was very smooth.

Nothing terrible or nothing wonderful about the place.There could have been little things that make it better.Like have a full-length mirror, hooks to hang towel, and working remote for TV.

Great location, problems with air conditioning right away and 2 more times. Overall we had fun, because Venice is fun!
