We had the perfect stay! The location was great views of the ocean from the patio and a short walk to the beach. The place was perfect for us for a family getaway

Enjoyed our 8 day stay! Owner quickly responded to concern (slow draining of sink in master bathroom). Condo has comfortable beds, is spacious and clean. Ocean view is lovely!

What a wonderful weekend to celebrate my daughter’s 25th birthday and tour CFCC for my senior in high school. It was a perfect spot to watch sunsets, walk over to the beach, shop downtown Wilmington and we took the ferry over to Southport. Everything was perfect!!!
