About this house rental

This property is a custom 3 bed , 2 bath home built in 2022. Main floor has a great open floor plan, ready to host your family gatherings! Kitchen equipped with all new appliances and stocked with all essentials. The master is located on the main floor with king bed and attached full bath; 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are located upstairs with shared full bath and large loft area for relaxing. Outdoors enjoy the fire-pit or relax on the deck. 1.2 miles to downtown! Walking distance to adjacent hiking trails and just a 12 minute walk to Kelleys Island Winery!

Our family enjoy staying in the beautiful and family friendly home. The home was immaculately clean and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need available. Communication with the owner was prompt and helpful. Check in and check out procedures were clear and easy to follow. I will look to visit this properly in the future and highly recommend it to others.

Not a far drive to the town center. The winery closes at a reasonable time to sit back and relax. The yard is big enough for the kids to play

This is an incredible place to stay!! Great location and the place was spotless and has everything you will need. We stayed for 10 days and just loved this property! One of the nicest on the island. This is a MUST rental for sure. Very new and very clean and the host was so easy to get a hold of. We will be back 1000%!
