About this house rental
Welcome to our Florence Beach House getaway! Whether you want a quiet relaxing time at the beautiful Central Oregon Coast or, are into Sand Dune Recreation, this is a very spacious, clean single-level home in great condition! Located very close to Heceta Beach on a spacious and quiet wind-protected sandy lot. You can hear the beach!

Heceta Beach, SandPines Golf Course, Several Lakes, Honeyman State Park, Heceta Head Lighthouse, Sea Lion Caves, Cape Perpetua, South Beach Jetty, Historic Old Town Florence, Siuslaw River Bridge, Oregon Dunes Recreational Area, Sand Master Sandboarding, Sandland Adventures, Plethora of Hiking Trails, Thor's Well, Siuslaw Pioneer Museum, Darlingtonia State National Site, Oregon Coast Military Museum, Veterans Memorial Park,, Carl G. The second is located at the NW corner of the house covering the driveway entrance. This is to monitor the property during vacancy and guest security.

This place was obviously built by hand with love and cared for and enjoyed by many over the years. Extremely well taken care of, hopefully left it better than we found it, difficult to do!

We had a great stay in Heceta Beach/Florence. The property was clean and well-appointed and had everything we needed for our vacation. It was a close walk to the beach, and within driving distance to the sand dunes and Heceta lighthouse and Thor's well. The hosts gave clear instructions and were prompt with replies to questions. We especially enjoyed the fire pit on a cool night and sitting on the deck with our morning coffee.

My family and I have stayed here twice. It's a very nice property located conveniently close to the beach and modestly secluded. The beds are clean and comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need, and it's well stocked with games and movies. We loved our stay.
