This is a GREAT location in historic Foreside Kittery with quick access to Portsmouth and I-95 both north and south. There is a great kids park less than 5 minutes away and the New Hampshire Children's Museum is about 15 minutes away in Dover.The three level unit is tastefully decorated (but not fussy) and recently updated in all areas. The bathrooms are spacious, clean, and well maintained. The AC worked great, even on the 90 degree days during our stay.The host was very responsive both before, during, and after our stay. There are 2 parking spaces and both street and paid parking very close by. The master bedroom is located on the 3rd level which includes the outside deck. You get your exercise on the 30 steps to the upper level! The bedroom 1 listed as a double futon is actually a queen-size sleep sofa on the first level in the living area.

Place was great. My family wants to come next year's. Great location

Except for the air conditioner, which seemed to be preprogrammed, not cooling the second floor as well as it could have and the extremely crowded parking situation, it was a lovely home!! I’d definitely stay there again. Daryl was a great host and undoubtedly would have helped with the ac situation had I reached out.

House was a perfect location.Walking distance to restaurants and Portsmouth.Loved the roof deck!
