This Vrbo was great. The view over the lake and the mountain range exactly as pictured. The outdoor table was shaded in the late afternoon and had a wonderful breeze. It had a great variety of cooking utensils, pots and pans, glassware, cookware, ample paper products, plastic wrap, towels, coffee filters, spices. Beds were comfortable, towels were luxurious. Extra propane tank was present for grill. Only 15 minutes to the national park. Driveway parking was nice (make sure to enter at an angle to avoid scraping from or rear of vehicle). Sunrise over the mountains was At 5:55 am for us in mid July. Couldn’t really see the sunset but we were usually asleep by then after hiking.

Great property for families looking to enjoy Estes Park, RMNP, & the surrounding area. The property had everything we needed to have a nice stay. Communication & arrival was great, departure instructions were simple. The bed was very comfortable, all the appliances worked well, & we had gorgeous views. We enjoyed riding horses near by & we had some animal visitors at the house too!

Our stay was mostly wonderful! The house is a shared house which made it briefly challenging to figure out where we needed to be, but we got it. Note it is on a hill and there are many stairs to get into it. We were fit, so it wasn’t a problem. Perfect for what we needed. The balcony was great and we were out there a lot. We were a bit disappointed the fireworks were canceled but completely understood it probably wasn’t appropriate with the wild fires in the state.

The house was excellent, had everything we needed. It is centrally located to everything in town. We even saw mule deer and elk in the yard.
