Everything was clean and comfortable.

4 / 10

This property has good features and the kitchen is well-equipped for a family to prepare food. The location is nice as there are several grocery outlets nearby, and a nice park in the neighborhood. Unfortunately, we had planned to spend our family time in the backyard and the host did not communicate about the unsafe conditions. She did let us know a tree had fallen on the fence and it would be repaired before we arrived; however, she was completely dishonest in not informing us that the deck was busted all up and totally unusable and unsafe for children and adults alike. Be sure to ask questions about the state of the property if you wish to use the amenities as pictured. Host also was present when we arrived, which was well after the check-in time. She acted surprised...lol, disingenuous. She never notified us that was her procedure. She also sent multiple offensive text messages during our stay. Grateful to VRBO for holding hosts to expectations.

10 / 10

The host was quick to respond and helpful. Home was easy to find in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. The host was sure to have the little extras that make you feel welcome...snacks, water, coffee, bathroom essentials, etc.. We especially enjoyed the fenced yard and hot tub.

Great communication. Clean property. Well-stocked. Great location. Easy access.

To start, I made an error on how many would be staying. Owner contacted me throughout the night and counted the occupants wrong. They charged me for 11 people but there were only nine of us.
