About this apartment rental

Welcome to downtown Fruita's Mojoe Inn! The "Zippety Do Dah" apartment is the perfect location to experience this Western Colorado community rich in outdoor adventure. Once the White House Hotel in the early 1900's, this historic spot has been renovated into apartments specifically for modern guests. Main-level private entry and luxury finishes await just steps from Fruita's main street favorites like Hot Tomato Pizza, local breweries and coffee shops; and minutes from world-class mountain biking trails!
This apartment features a king bed, a full kitchen, and generous space for a couple or a small family (living room does have a sofa sleeper). It is main floor with outdoor private entrance and does has an apartment above it, so some noise may be heard in the building.

There is a dog in the apartment that you can hear walking around all night. This is not great if you are a light sleeper like my wife.

very clean and well equipped apartment in an excellent location. host was very quick with communication. having a designated off street parking spot and a secured space for our bikes was a hugh plus.
